Our Bed and Breakfast downtown Maastricht de Stadswal has three beautiful guest rooms. Each room has its own style. You can choose between a single-, double- or triple-room.
- The rooms have a private bathroom, with shower, sink and toilet. All beds are equipped with single person duvet.
- Rooms include a TV, coffee and tea facilities and free WiFi.
- B&B de Stadswal Maastricht is located in an old historic building, with many steps. Unfortunately, the B&B is not accessible for disabled guests.

Room 1 – Lavender Room – Double room (2 persons)
This cozy room overlooks the beautiful city wall and garden, full of lavender and herbs and is located on the 1st floor. The room has one large bed (1 mattress).

Room 2 – Eucalyptus room – Triple room (2/3 People)

This room is suitable for a small family, a group of three people, or for a couple who would like to sleep in 2 separate beds. There is a double bed (2 separate mattresses) and a single bed. The warm-green room overlooks the courtyard and is located on the 1st floor.
Room 3 – Back to Business – 1 Person

This room is suitable for leisure and work and features a desk and a comfortable armchair with a laptop table. The room has a separate private bathroom and is located on the 2nd floor. The last staircase can be perceived as steep. Less suitable for people with a fear of heights….
Prices
- Single room with private bathroom: from € 79,-per night
- Double room with private bathroom: from € 99,- per night
- Triple room with private bathroom: from € 129,- per night
Breakfast is optional and costs € 12,50 per person. City tax will be charged at € 3,- per person per night.
De Stadswal has a minimum stay of 2 nights. Extend your stay and enjoy a discount for the room, as of the 4th night and beyond.

Check-in
Check-in is possible from 2pm, unless otherwise agreed. Check out is before 11am. There is a possibility to drop-off your luggage before check-in time or store your luggage after check-out time.
Please let us know, at least a day in advance, at what time you expect to arrive. We do not have a 24 hour reception, however it’s possible to self-check-in. We will provide you a code to open the door and instructions on how to get to your room.
Bed and Breakfast downtown Maastricht: our breakfast
If you wish to make use of breakfast, we charge € 12,50 per person per night. Breakfast is adapted to your preferences, and of course we take dietary requirements into account. Breakfast can be served between 8am and 10am. If you prefer to have your breakfast at a different time, we can offer a “self-service” or “to-go” option.
